DonElai Travel is named in honor of my parents, Don and Elaine.

The name DonElai Travel comes from two people who shaped me more than anyone else—my parents, Don and Elaine. Married for 62 years, they are the heartbeat behind this dream and the reason this business exists.


My dad enlisted in the Navy at just 16 during World War II, and from him I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and showing up for others. Together, my parents shared a deep love for travel and for life—exploring the world side by side, from the Panama Canal to Australia, Hawaii to Alaska. Their curiosity, character, and commitment to each other shaped who I am today.


My husband and I travel often, and I bring that same care and intention to every trip I plan. Rooted in a lifelong commitment to service, each journey is designed around you and what matters most.


I’m also proud to be a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), reflecting my commitment to thoughtful, trusted, and professional travel planning.
